Hi, I’m Kathy—therapist, soul-listener, and journal-maker.

For over four decades, I’ve walked beside people on their healing journeys. As a clinical social worker, I’ve listened to stories held in quiet hearts, helped untangle the knots of trauma and doubt, and witnessed the deep, enduring resilience that lives within us all. That work has been one of the greatest honors of my life.

I’ve always had what I call “a rich inner life”—one filled with dreams, spiritual curiosity, and a lifelong connection to the unseen. Astrology became one of the most powerful mirrors on my own healing journey. It helped me find language for my inner tides, and a deeper compassion for my soul’s path.
